Executive Council (2023-2027)

The International Federation of Mallyuddha (IFM) is led by an esteemed Executive Council consisting of representatives from various countries, dedicated to promoting and preserving the ancient martial art of Mallyuddha on a global scale.

1️⃣ President

Position Holder: Master BK Bharat (India)

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Acts as the chief executive officer of IFM, representing the organization globally.
✅ Oversees all strategic decisions and policy implementations.
✅ Presides over meetings and ensures smooth governance of IFM.
✅ Works closely with the Vice Presidents and Director of International Relations for global expansion.
✅ Coordinates with international sports bodies for recognition and collaboration.

2️⃣ Vice Presidents

Position Holders:
🔹 Dr. Nasrollah Kakavand (Iran)
🔹 Tariq Javed Ali (Pakistan)

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Supports the President in executing strategic plans.
✅ Leads regional and international development projects.
✅ Acts as a liaison between IFM and affiliated martial arts organizations.
✅ Oversees technical and administrative matters in their respective regions.

3️⃣ Director, International Relations

Position Holder: Neeraj Kumar Mehra (India)

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Manages IFM’s global partnerships and affiliations with sports organizations.
✅ Handles communication with international martial arts federations.
✅ Promotes IFM’s mission and ensures global recognition of Mallyuddha.
✅ Organizes international championships, training camps, and cultural exchange programs.

4️⃣ Members (Executive Council Members)

🔹 Abdul Mamun (Bangladesh)
🔹 Shepherd Mavhura (Zimbabwe)
🔹 Nnolim Fidlis Nnaemeka (Nigeria)
🔹 Rahmatullah Shabab (Afghanistan)

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Represents their respective countries in IFM’s development programs.
✅ Promotes Mallyuddha within their national sports and cultural sectors.
✅ Assists in organizing national & international competitions.
✅ Works closely with the Director of International Relations for membership expansion.

General Work Guidelines for IFM Executive Council

🔹 All members must actively contribute to the growth and global outreach of IFM.
🔹 Council members should regularly communicate and report progress to the President.
🔹 Members must uphold ethical standards and transparency in all IFM operations.
🔹 Encourage grassroots participation and youth involvement in Mallyuddha.
🔹 Work towards securing government & private sponsorships for events and training programs.
🔹 Maintain strong relationships with international sports federations to ensure recognition.
